Brief
Alloy designed the BT Whole Home Wi-Fi companion app to allow customers to set up, monitor, and manage their mesh Wi-Fi network. The app provides device visibility, guest network management, parental controls, and real-time network status so users can control home connectivity from a single interface.
Outcome: Companion app UX and UI design with core setup, monitoring, and control flows defined and delivered for development and deployment across BT’s customer base.
