Brief
Halo partnered with Alloy to create a premium, sustainable shower system that delivers a luxury experience while dramatically reducing water usage. We designed a mist-based pre-heating system and a spiralling water flow to maintain pressure and coverage using far less water than a conventional shower.
Outcome: A high-end, eco-focused shower concept that uses up to 50% less water while maintaining a full-body, premium shower experience — enabling Halo to position sustainability as a desirable luxury, not a compromise.

Elevating the premium showering experience whilst reducing water consumption
Halo is a premium concept shower experience that reduces water consumption and elevates the daily ritual of showering. Through smart heating, the shower warms up to your desired temperature by producing a mist that uses less water than leaving the shower on. Then the shower head produces a spiral of water to cut the amount of water used by half whilst still delivering an effective flow.
50% Less Water
An 8 minute shower on average uses 62 litres of hot water. Without awareness of the time or length of shower, this can easily take longer and waste more water than is necessary.
No Wasted Water
10-20% of shower time is wasted waiting for the water to heat up. Through habit, people choose to fill that time by brushing their teeth or other chores, resulting in hot water being wasted.
Mindful Showering
The controller sits at eye level keeping the user aware of their water usage and time in the shower. By having a timer to look at, it can help to reduce unnecessarily long showers and wasted water.
