Designed by Alloy, Porta combines two intelligent assistive systems: PI for luggage assistance, and BI for food and beverage delivery—creating a modular solution tailored for hotels, airports, and high-traffic venues.. Porta brings automation and hospitality together—elevating guest experiences while lightening the load on staff. Whether discreetly delivering luggage to a room or navigating a complex airport to bring a hot meal, Porta is engineered to be polite, practical, and precise.

Alloy’s design solution centred on clean, approachable form factors that integrate with existing workflows while reducing human error and bottlenecks. Every interaction was considered-from how guests summon the device, to how it navigates public spaces with confidence, and how businesses maintain brand-standard service.
