Alloy helped YURAY design a premium 3-in-1 gym bag system to solve the problem of carrying and organising training essentials. The system includes a compact station-to-station gym bag with space for shoes, belts, and core gear, a dedicated shower and toiletry bag, and a larger main carry bag to hold everything together. The result is a structured, modular kit that keeps equipment organised and accessible throughout a training session.

Yuray is a crossbody bag designed for movement-whether you’re running laps or running errands. Alloy was asked to create something that could handle an active lifestyle but still feel considered and elevated enough for everyday wear. We focused on the details that matter: a shape that sits high and stable while running, a strap that feels good all day, and a clean, compact form that doesn’t scream ‘gym bag’. It’s made from premium waterproof materials, with minimal seams and hidden zips that keep the silhouette sharp and the contents dry.
The result is a bag that fits seamlessly into modern routines—technical enough for your workout, refined enough for a coffee after.
